We are equipped with aluminium melting cum holding LPG fired furnace with hydraulic tilting facility with the capacity of 100 MT/Month. Molten aluminium is poured into tundish and thereafter through lounder to Cl moulds which are mounted on automatic casting conveyor. Quality of the product is maintained in stringent band with the help of OES testing facility. Team is well qualified to carry out all the inhouse processes in a smooth manner. Process flow is designed to avoid excess handling of material.
